Beautiful and enjoyable the whole tripReviewed by: jj, November 2013
Was very rainy on this day. The tour guide was difficult to understand. Very rich accent.Reviewed by: Mary C O, November 2013
Time mangement such an issue! Such beautiful spots but not enough time in either Orvieto or Assisi....laughably small time frames (only an hour in Orvieto). At Orvieto a guide for another group told her people to run quickly in front of us to get the funicilar before us...that should not have happened.
I woiuld ahve forgone the later lunch stop gladly as neither the food nor the environment was tremendously appealing....got the feeling that we were a chore to ahve there. It wasn't worth the time and would rather have spent it in both places. Also one person arrived for the bus out of Rome quite late - is there some cut-off period after which the bus must go? put us behind about 45 mintues.
The tour guide in assisi was very difficult to hear on the earphones...I would also suggest teh question to the group "Who isn't here?" doesn't really work when you are tryiing to figure out if the entire group is with you. If someone isn't there how do they know it?
Given the lack of time at either destination, i woul dhave to say that time management could be improved.
Next time we'll just take a train and skip the tour.Reviewed by: Stephen W, November 2013
Bus too crowded all explanations etc, in three languages very hard to understand we were told it was an English tour. Spent too little time in Assisi while taken far away for lunch and time wasted etc. scheduling terrible do not recomendReviewed by: ALINA, November 2013
Did not get to go do to bad directions and rude staff unwilling to help find the location. We were surprised that Viator would use a tour company that was so poorly reviewed on trip advisor.Reviewed by: Shelly H, November 2013
