Wonderful driver- helped with all our luggage and was able to get around the traffic well.Reviewed by: Thomas D, October 2013
An efficient transfer but I am fairly immobile. I was dropped too far from the airport entrance and had to cross 2 lanes of traffic where taxis were dropping off able-bodied passengers. I also had a long walk to check-in. The driver said he couldn't get any closer. If that is correct, then maybe the London authorities at Heathrow need to look at being more 'disabled conscious and friendly". The driver did seem polite and he did load my luggage on a trolley but I had to manage pushing the trolley myself and balance my walking stick across my luggage whilst I tried to use the trolley like a 'zimmer frame'.Reviewed by: Jeffery S, Australia, December 2013
We were a bit worried about this transfer after having such an unprofessional pickup from this company two days earlier. When the driver picked us up he said "oh we are just going to pick up another couple now" I said this was unacceptable as it's a private transfer. The driver then called the company and told them the problem. After a brief discussion this was resolved. A glitch that should not of occurred, even tho rectified. The driver was otherwise pleasant and we arrived in good time for our flight.Reviewed by: Mel, October 2013
I was a bit disappointed with this service. We have used it in every new city we travel to and it is usually well worth the money. But unlike all the others this one there is no one to meet and greet you, help with the luggage etc. We simply made our own way to the taxi stand and presented the coupon to the first black cab in line. While I have and do recommend this service normally, I have to say skip this one.Reviewed by: Rufnek, November 2013
The driver was unfriendly and didn't utter a single word throughout the journey. Not that we were expecting to have a conversation with him but some form of courtesy shown by the driver would have been nice.Reviewed by: Lee L, October 2013
