Staff was well trained. They were super, super customer service oriented, almost too attentive to your needs. The boat got close enough to the cracks and caves to get a good feel. The snorkeling was great. No other groups around. Saw lots of dolphins, a whale, monk seals, fish etc. Highly recommend.Reviewed by: Zach P, July 2013
The snorkeling near Ni'ihau was phenomenal. The trip back was quite rough. The visit to the Napali coast was so early that there was lots of glare from the sun diminishing the views and photography,Reviewed by: John R, July 2013
Tour was great ! Captain was very good . Kelly was extremely helpful and patient since I can't swim. She made sure I was fine. Didn't really get to say thank you to her.only 1 negative didn't see too many fish when we snorkeled. Maybe because couldn't get closer to shore . Everything else was fine.Reviewed by: Terry C, July 2013
Rough water that day. Snorkeling was iffy and we were cautioned that we needed to be strong swimmers. Make sure that customers know that they must bring along their own towel and take their dramamine if this is the first time.Reviewed by: Ralph M, November 2013
Great tour but "challenging seas" is an understatement. Take your Dramamine. I usually don't have motion sickness. My wife and I both got sick.Reviewed by: Scott M, August 2013
