Brilliant! fabulous midday meal with the full day, excellent tour guide, the city and history breathtaking.Reviewed by: MARYANN, June 2013
The city was beautiful, typical lunch was great. The tour guide was very difficult to understand, had no enthusiasm or personality. It seemed she said much more in Spanish, with little information in English.Reviewed by: Terry W, June 2013
Confusion at beginning of tour at meeting place due to large numbers of people going on different tours - no attempt to make any tourists feel welcome. Tour guide was only efficient, no humour, did not engage with us, was just doing her job. Will not go on a bus tour again.Reviewed by: Anna S, New Zealand, June 2013
The tour was fair but the logistics were poor. There was no hotel pick-up offered so we had to get to Julia Travel's which was difficult to find. When the bus arrived (10 minutes late), it was so crowded that my wife and I couldn't sit together. And the 5 hour tour had only 2 hours of actual touring in Toledo. The problem is that you call this a Viator but you sub contract it to Julia Travel which books it with Gray Tours and everyone adds a mark up.Reviewed by: Robert N, June 2013
First of all the bus was not in that great of condition and made lots of weird noises all the time. We thought maybe it was going to break down. Now the guide was good but we were not that impressed with this city. We could have skipped this one and seen something maybe more interesting.Reviewed by: Lise V, June 2013
