We didn't get to go!!! We were so disappointed. We arrived in Venice and it was raining. We arrived but our luggage didn't. We didn't have any warm clothing and we were not feeling well. We didn't think going for a boat ride in the rain would help our health. We decided not to go. Any chance of getting a refund?

Thanks.

Was very good. Guide was wonderful. A nice pace and way to see Venice.

Guide was good. Boat was nice. We all thought it was overpriced when we got to the harbor and learned that all the other tours were 30 Euros per person. This was not good value for the cost. We would not recommend this trip to others. You are a great company. Sorry it didn't work out well for us. We just finished your Discover Marrakech tour and it was unbelievable. We were thrilled!

Pleasant "taxi" tour of the city. Guide friendly and knowledgeable. Waited for guides...told to be there 15mins prior.

2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better

I took this same tour 2 years ago, and it was much better then. Maybe it was the guide. This year, I took my son on this tour (since I enjoyed it so much previously) to show him Venice the way it is meant to be seen - from a boat. We took this tour on May 31st, and Venice was experiencing "acqua alta," which means high water. This happens every year in Venice, but usually during the winter, not in May! Anyway, it seemed all our guide wanted to talk about was acqua alta, and not about the sights we were passing! Also, we did not go down many side canals, which we did on my earlier trip, but maybe this was due to acqua alta also, since there were some bridges that we were just able to sneak under due to the high water level.
