The actual places you go are fine. Even Kmart was okay as we could compare it to the Kmarts at home. Viator should put the correct place as we did not go to Walmart but Kmart instead. The breakfast voucher should be scrapped and a coffee voucher given instead. The lunch voucher was what we expected. But the outlet themselves were great.

Excelent option if you dont have car, I think The sports store and k-mart are useless.

Was a good trip, went to a few different shops, They did spend 1 hour at a sports shop that could have been left out in my opinion. Great if you dont have a car

This is a very good tour if you love to shop and if you don't have a car, this tour is a great way to do some retail therapy but it is a very long day and you don't have alot of time at each shopping outlet but if you are a smart shopper you can get everything you need in a short time. Could have had some more time at Premium Outlets and maybe left out Kmart as there really wasn't much there but i really loved Flordia Mall and premium outlets, got some great bargins. The lunch voucher for the food court at Florida Mall was a nice extra.

Most unsatisfactory. When we got on the coach we were giiven an itinerary and were dismayed to find that the trip tp Walmart was replaced with Kmart (a much smaller and less attractive store). There were 2 additional stops added one at Premium Outles (we had been there the previous day and so had no desire tro go there) and a total waste of time stop at Sports Authority. This meant we had only 50 minutes at Bunea Vista Mall. It is totally unacepptable that the tour operator changed the itinerary to this extent withou prior notification and te fact that we were'mt told until we were on the bus made me feel that we had been duped. I have used Viator on several occasions in the past and have always found them excellent but this was this was the second unsatisfactory tour on this trip Viatory were very badly let down by the local agents on this occassion
