Itinerary:

The Gator Jumparoo Show - The Gator Jumparoo Show: Thrills and chills abound as some of the largest alligators in the world actually jump 4 to 5 feet out of the water to retrieve food in this famous one-of-a-kind show. Learn more about alligators and crocodiles and their awesome powers. Watch as giant alligators jump high enough out of the water to actually snatch food from the trainer's hand. A must see for the entire family!

Alligator Wrestling Show - Gatorland offers a unique alligator wrestling show done "Florida Cracker" style in a shaded 800 seat stadium. Gator wranglers catch a 6 to 8 foot alligator by hand and climb onto the snapping animal's back to point out survival features to the audience. After doing stunts that only a few are brave (or foolish) enough to try, the alligator is rolled over and put to sleep...only to be awakened by a tickle!

Jungle Crocs of the World - Welcome to Gatorland's newest exhibit! Here, you will be able to witness a rare collection of crocodiles. You'll be stunned by the lightning fast predatory skills and social behavior of some of the most vicious animals on earth! This exhibit showcases Jungle Crocs from Asia, Australia, Cuba, Africa's Nile River and South America, giving you a chance to learn some interesting facts about these animals.

Gator Gully Splash Park - Gator Gully Splash Park is the area's most unique splash zone featuring unusual water sources crafted to resemble some of the parks most popular residents. Over a quarter-acre and ready to soak, the splash park features a row of giant egrets spilling water from their beaks; dueling water guns mounted on the backs of two giant gators lined up and waiting for a friendly squirt-fest with your neighbor; an ol' jalopy overrun with water and places to splash; a bucket tree that is just perfect for a slow dash and spray for the little ones; and Grandma's Wet Shack, a veritable fountain of water-based fun for kids of all ages to splash, squirt and play in truckloads of cool H2O.

Upclose Encounters - You never know what kind of animal you'll be encountering next at the Upclose Animal Encounters Show. You'll get to meet fascinating creatures from around the globe as well as Florida's native wildlife - including some of the most dangerous snakes alive.

Swamp Walk - Located at the southern end of the park is Gatorland's Swamp Walk, a self guided tour through an unspoiled native Cypress Swamp. A raised wooden walkway snakes itself through the Cypress trees affording a rare look back into what much of Central Florida looked like before people started draining the wetlands to build their farms and homesteads. Considered part of the headwaters of the Everglades, water from this Cypress Swamp flows south through the Kissimmee waterways into Lake Okeechobee, and ultimately, into the Everglades.

Breeding Marsh and Bird Rockery - Created in 1991 as a natural breeding area for Gatorland's gators, the 10 acre Gatorland Breeding Marsh contains 130 adult alligators - 100 females and 30 males. Living their lives in a completely natural environment, these alligators produce the next generation of Gatorland's namesake reptiles. A 3 story Observation Tower and raised wooden walkways allow an unprecedented view of not only alligators, but also many different species of native Florida birds.

Allies Barnyard - Drop by Allies Barnyard and say hello to some of the cute and cuddly barnyard critters that call Gatorland home. Here you'll find Dolly Llama, a real sweetheart with a bucktooth grin who just loves having her picture taken. Say hello to Gracie, a friendly goat who just loves to eat from your hand, and Harley the Macaw who just might say hello back! At Alley's Barnyard you'll find all sorts of critters, from chickens and ducks to deer, sheep, and goats, all playful and looking for a little attention.

Flamingo Lagoon - Just across from the Very Merry Aviary and Alley's Barnyard is Gatorland's Flamingo Lagoon, home to a small colony of American Flamingos. Found in tropical and sub-tropical areas throughout the world, flamingos can reach a height of 5 feet and may live over 40 years in captivity. Characterized by it's long thin legs, flexible neck, and bright pink coloration, flamingos are also known as "firebirds" as they can sometimes be found in rather inhospitable volcanic mud flats.

Jungle Crocs - Enter if you dare the realm of Jungle Crocs, home to some of the largest and most dangerous crocodiles on the planet! Hear the tale of the intrepid adventurer Owen Godwin as he scoured the world over for the baddest Crocs in the land.

Snakes of Florida - With strike-proof glass providing a safe barrier, you can view the mighty Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake, the largest venomous snake found in Florida. Also on display is the Cottonmouth Water Moccasin, the only venomous water snake in Florida. Look closely at the brightly colored Coral Snake and learn how to distinguish it from its non-venomous cousin, the Scarlet King Snake. Many more snakes are on display, and for those of you with a strong snake aversion, there is a separate walkway with a hedge divider so that you can safely travel without getting close to the slithering serpents!

Gatorland Express Railroad - The Gatorland Express departs from its train station carrying passengers around the Jungle Crocs and Breeding Marsh/Bird Rookery areas. The train makes a stop at the very South end of the park close to Pearl's Smokehouse and the Alligator Wrestling Stadium.

Pearl's Smokehouse - Experience some down home cookin' and enjoy some "Gator Delicacies" such as smoked alligator ribs and fried gator nuggets.
