Very knowledgeable and authentic experience...even the Italian song. We had a great time and docked at Captain Jack's for the best Alaskan crab legs ever!

My girlfriend and I had an awesome time in the gondola ride. We plan to return in December.

I went on a sunset ride and proposed on the gondola. Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful in making sure everything was just right. They provided ideas and helped me plan everything in the weeks leading up to my proposal. They even hurried to pick us up when I called and notified them that my dinner was finishing up sooner than expected. They came right up to the dock behind the restaurant and picked us up. The ride itself was very calm and romantic and our gondolier sang in Italian. The singing was a wonderful touch and made the ride and proposal that much more special. My fiancee was completely surprised and absolutely loved the gondola ride. I strongly recommend a Sunset Gondola ride for a romantic evening or even something as special as a proposal. The sunset ride was great, but the gondolier informed us that the evening rides are even more romantic, either way you and your special someone will definitely enjoy it.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Was a gorgeous evening.

When I arrived there, there were two gondolas. One that is black and really looks good. The other one just looks okay. I requested that we get on to the black one, but the gondalian said that the black one was already taken by a party who's having their wedding. So that was a disappointment. If I had prior knowledge of the two different gondolas, I would have indicated that I wanted the black one.
