Enjoy sipping champagne while the tall ship sails into the beautiful Caribbean sunset driven only by billowing square sails. Listen to the romantic sunset music while the crew pamper you with a full open bar, famous BBQ ribs, chicken and hor d'ouevres. The selection of finger food also includes french bread and p�t�, vegetables and dip, cheese, olives and crackers.
Learn from the crew, and see first-hand how the great windjammers of yesterday were sailed. Take a turn at the wheel, sing a sea chantey and be a pirate for an evening.
