4.5! Excellent tour. Lunch was outstanding! Afternoon visits to 2 wineries were excellent as well. Morning could have included another museum or landmark.

A good value. Be prepared to walk - around the city of Bordeaux and in the village of St.Emilion. Lunch was excellent, and must have cost a significant portion of the tour fee. Our guide was pretty knowledgeable and you get to see a decent amount of scenery on the trip from Bordeaux to St.Emilion. There were running translations in French and English which kept our guide quite busy. It was an extended day which kept us busy. We drank wine in the morning at the museum, wine at lunch, and wine at the chateau. (And of course we sampled wines in stores in St. Emilion on our own euros). At the end of the day, the tourist office is across the street from Maison du Vin, which has great wines to drink at amazingly low prices. A good way to spend the day.

Too much talking. Guide explained everything in english and french. Half of the info could be read by ourselves in the chateau district. Wine-tasting was good. Lunch of fried duck and cheese-tasting was fantastic. Too little time at St. Emilion.

Although this tour is a full day wine tour, don't expect there to be too much wine tasting. Over the entire day, I tasted 4 different wines, two at a chateau and two in the city of Bordeaux in a wine Museum. Expect to be walking around for the morning and a bus trip in the afternoon.
Lunch is great - if you like cheese.
Spent the first half of the day walking from the muesum back into town which was boring. Lunch was good. only got to 6 wine tastings for the day
