We all loved the tour - from the sumptuous buffet dinner to the tram ride and the shopping time. The whole tour was well-timed, and the tour guide was accommodating and sensitive to our needs.

I loved this! But we needed more time; the bus left late, so we didn't get enough time at the zoo.
