I thought the reviews on this site might be suspect but its all true, they were brilliant and although I booked for shared transport I had the mini van all to myself. Well worth the peace of mind.

Between 4th and 19th Feb 2011 I booked 6 arrival and departure shared transports. The company used by Viator I cannot praise them too highly. Their representatives far exceeded my expectations - even accompanying me to check-in to ensure everything went smoothly. I will certainly use them again.
