Viator were great. I had bought this trip as a present for my daughter and two friends who were visiting for their 40th birthdays.There were flight problems in UK but a quick phone call to Viator to advise them and on arrival the limo arrived at JFK in ten minutes. The girls loved it after a very stressful flight and luggage problems it was fab.The driver very friendly and helpful.Thankyou

Limo pick up was great. The driver had my granddaughters name on the card and she was really excited when she saw the car. Well done.

A wonderful way to arrive - especially with a complimentary upgrade to a limo - just for ME!! My driver was also a very kind, courteous gentleman.

it was nice .. me and my family like it .. the only thing is that we had to pay more cause of the traffic inside the immigration .. anyone want to try it shall know that there will be extra fees in case any lateness inside the airport .. the driver was so nice and friendly ..
