Tour went exactly as promised. Pick was punctual, guide was well informed and the sight was well worth seeing.Reviewed by: Carl L, USA, March 2014
Overall an excellent day - knowledgeable and expert guide helped illuminate and inform throughout. We were aware of a slight element of haste e.g. in the museum as the timings for lunch etc were obviously tight. On the site itself, again there was some haste - the stretch up to the Stadium and back left little 'free time' to wander, or walk down to the Lower Sanctuary. We would have been more than happy to extend the day by an hour to allow for some of this. The guide was outstanding - the lunch pretty mediocre, despite the spectacular setting of the hotel where we ate.Overall, though, a very good day!Reviewed by: R Norman N, February 2014
Breathtaking views and great location. The tour guide was so knowledgeable and charismatic. The only downside was not having enough free time to do everything we wanted to do. It took almost a good 30-35 minutes to reach the stadium and come back down so we only had enough time left to reach the spring and jump on the bus. Having a little more time to explore the towns and surrounding area would have been great too. That being said, an excellent experience. The landscape alone is worth the day trip! The museum is astounding and the steep trip up to the stadium is well worth it. Fantastic trip for any history buff and landscape enthusiast :)Reviewed by: Nicole F, February 2014
The stop at this spectacular sight is slightly too short otherwise I enjoyed every minute of it.Reviewed by: John Y, January 2014
