Our guide made every minute of this 3-hour walking tour interesting and fun. His English was great and so was his sense of humor. The highlight, was of course, the Last Supper. To see this masterpiece is a must for any visit to Milan.

Excellent guide who coped admirably with some abuse in the church from someone outside our tour and handling two people who joined our tour for the last supper illegally by collecting tickets they were not entitled to. Very diplomatic and with a minimum of fuss. Well done!

We were very excited to go on this tour. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed it in general. Our tour guide was very professional, knowledgeable and spoke very good English. There was one unpleasant surprise though... "The Last Supper" was left to the last half hour the good part of which we spent waiting for our guide to buy our group tickets. When it was our turn to get the tickets and enter the premises (we were the last two), our guide was two tickets short! After a long time of sorting things out with the ticket office, our guide simply left us at the door, went inside with the group and continued with the excursion explaining about the painting. We were left alone not knowing what was going on. When the ticket office lady saw me getting really angry and aggressive she suddenly decided to let us in. The guide welcomed us in front of the famous painting with the words 'Don't worry, you haven't missed much!' !!!!
After the incident everything felt really rushed. Generally we didn't feel that we had enough time to see 'The Last Supper' after all. After the tour was finished, the guide gave us his best explanations - 'They (meaning the ticket office staff) are just very bad people!'
