Crew was very helpful and kind. Promptly left at 6 pm, great views until the fog rolled - but even then it was a unique view of the Golden Gate with the fog rolling in, foghorns blaring - very memorable experience. Will go again if I get the chance!

We did not realize that Viator was a "booking" company for other tour companies. When we inquired about transport, we were directed to another number and told there would be no transport. We had to arrange our own transportation to the pick up point for the excursion. (Red and White Fleet ticketing office) This was disappointing and not explained anywhere that we could find on the site. Otherwise, the excursion was good (except for the fog) and we felt we received good value for our money; good experience with food provided. Bar service was a little slow as there was only one person working it.
